- Rats and Mice can have litters of up to 10 and can have up to 6 litters per year, they can reach maturity within 2/3 months.
Our Service Contract for Commercial Customers
- We will provide 8 Routine Inspections per year covering Rats and Mice.
- We will install a number of internal and external tamper resistant bait boxes.
- All bait boxes are dated on each visit.
- All bait boxes are provided as part of the service.
- A monitoring label is placed on the wall above each bait box, these labels are numbered and will be marked on a map.
- We will respond to any emergency call out for Rats and Mice within 24 hours of the call being placed free of charge.
A health and safety folder detailing the following:
a) Service reports.
b) Checklist.
c) Map of site.
d) Safety data sheets of all chemicals used.
e) Insurance Certificate.
f) My training certificate with the Irish Pest Control Association.

Our Service for Domestic Customers
- If you have a Mouse or a Rat in your house?
- Our Technicians will do a survey on your house to determine what you have.
- We will the find the access point to where the Rodent is gaining access to your house, (remember a mouse can fit through a hole 6mm wide) we will also block that point if possible to prevent further infestations occuring. It's not just the matter of killing whats in you house, we want to gaurentee the problem will not happen again.
- Remember the old saying Prevention Is Better Than The Cure
- We will set traps to eliminate the Rodents using the Pest Watch system.
- Once we have them caught we will remove them.
Pest Watch Monitoring Alarm System
- With this system we install (non invasive) base station and set traps on the wedges in key areas where rodents are commonly found.
- This system will monitor your house 24/7.
- If a trap is set off and a rodent is caught the wedge will notify the base station and a notification light will flash.
- The base station will then send a text message to Lambert's Pest Control
- Lambert's Pest Control will then provide a call out service to remove the dead rodent.
